End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AI Strategic Trading Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of the HyperFusion AutoTrade Engine software ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software on a single machine at a time. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person or entity.

Ownership: The Software remains the exclusive property of AI Strategic Trading Systems LLC. You do not own the Software; you are merely licensed to use it under the terms of this EULA.

Activation: Your license is activated using an encrypted license key. You may activate the Software on one machine at a time. License keys are validated periodically.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software
  • Rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software to another person
  • Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
  • Share your license key with other users or allow others to use your license
  • Use the Software on more than one machine simultaneously

3. Updates and Support

Updates: We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at our sole discretion. Updates may be required to maintain your license. We are not obligated to provide updates or support.

Support: We provide support through the Support page on our website. Support is provided on an as-available basis.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We make no warranties regarding the Software, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software.

6. Termination

Termination by Company: We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate any provision of this EULA.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. You must destroy all copies of the Software and your license key in your possession.

7. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of AI Strategic Trading Systems LLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
