These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HyperFusion AutoTrade Engine software and related services provided by AI Strategic Trading Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the HyperFusion AutoTrade Engine software. This license is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other person or entity.

Activation Limitations: Your license permits activation on one machine at a time. License keys are encrypted and validated periodically. Your license grants access to software functionality only and does not include ownership of the software.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute, resell, or share the software with others
  • Use the software for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Share your license key or permit others to use your license
  • Modify or create derivative works based on the software

3. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the software, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI STRATEGIC TRADING SYSTEMS LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. The software is not a guarantee of profits. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and outcomes. The Company is not liable for any losses incurred through the use of the software.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the software within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Refunds must be requested within the 30-day period. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately, and you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of AI Strategic Trading Systems LLC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the software following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
